Each of us is a unique and highly complex psycho-physical whole: therefore individual attention is the primary form for learning this work.
Private individual lessons cost $122 (including HST). The introductory lesson is two hours; thereafter lessons are structured within an hour and a half framework. At your consultation lesson we listen to your concerns, your health status, your goals and aims, your expectations, and how you came to choose to study with us. We want to understand your needs clearly so that we can explain how our work can help you to get what you want. We then give you a concise overview of the theoretical principles and procedures that underpin the practical work we do. Each lesson is a learning unit that builds into a comprehensive and systematic method for improving your health and well-being. This is not an ad hoc process. At each step we take great care to establish the correct concepts and follow through with the corresponding ‘hands-on’ sensory work necessary for the re-conditioning and restoring of poor postural habits.
Recommended frequency: We recommend students aim to do a minimum of a lesson every two weeks. This level of frequency will make it more productive and rewarding for you. However, we understand that this may not be possible for some people, so why not simply start with your first introductory lesson and come as often as you can at first. We are happy to teach you at a pace which suits your individual circumstances. Remember that you have everything to gain and nothing to lose by taking your first step.
