A Whole-Person Approach to Movement and Dance: Dance can be very demanding, both athletically and artistically and often involves a lot of repetition in learning and practicing. Without an understanding of how we work as a total pattern it is easy to fall into habits which limit our performance and lead to injury. Dancers take lessons with us for the following reasons:
- To recover from injuries
- To avoid becoming injured
- To improve coordination and control
- To liberate performance from habit
